Wonderful Villa Pearl of Kali was built in 2021 to offer a unique vacation experience and the feeling of a traditional Dalmatian seafront stone house – to revive the way of life of our ancestors during the rich history of the small but heartwarming village of Kali.
The Villa has two bedrooms that can accommodate 4-6 people, fully furnished and equipped living/dining area and it has its own parking for two vehicles. Villa is just 7 meters from the sea and its large 23-square-meter terrace provides a pristine panoramic view of the wonderful Ošljak island, Vir, Zadar, Bibinje and Mount Velebit ational park. Pets are not allowed in the Villa, and smoking is not allowed inside the Villa.
There are several beautiful beaches and a nearby village center in proximity to the Villa. One of our favorite activities is watching the sunset from the terrace with a glass of wine while looking at small fisherman boats roaming around, bringing delicious sea catch for tomorrow’s fish fiesta in the village or your own feast from the outdoor grill.
The villa is built from the finest natural material, handcrafted from traditional Croatian stone, which preserves Mediterranean style. Due to its two layers of stone walls and good thermal isolation, it provides a convenient room temperature during both warm and cold days.
All interior details have been carefully thought through to ensure the highest level of comfort for our guests. Quiet location, cozy Dalmatian-style interior, and spatious terrace offer a plethora of options for guests wishing to relax or for the more adventurous ones. Whatever the type, we make sure you will feel at home and seize the villa philosophy – made for memories that will last.
Villa Pearl of Kali was built by our family that fell in love with Ugljan and Kali almost 25 years ago and since then spent most of the free time here. We hope you will too.

“Everything was great, from the views from the terrace (charming sunrises and sunsets), through the cleanliness and decor of the apartment to its functionality and equipment (coffee capsules for the espresso machine, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, laundry capsules). The owner is very nice and helpful. The beach on the right and left side of the apartment is a few steps away, there is a restaurant with a terrace on the beach and great food nearby – just relax. “When I arrived the host was there. A young, very lovely and kind girl who welcomed me. She gave me the keys and explained everything I wanted and needed to know. During my whole stay she was very nice and helpful (each time I needed some help or advice I texted her and she responded in short notice). What really impressed me was the view (especially early in the morning and at sunset) and also the peace and quiet. Further on, everything was very clean and new. I really like the mixture of styles – everything is new and high quality but in the same time there are some very unique details that give character to the whole space.
